Blackout Blinds
About
Opaque blinds made to keep a room dark when you need it dark: bedrooms, nurseries, shift workers' rooms and media spaces.
Where they work best
Anywhere sleep or screens matter. A bedroom that faces morning sun, a nursery with an early bedtime, or a media room where daytime glare washes out the picture.
Light and privacy
The fabric itself is opaque. How dark the room gets also depends on how the blind is fitted around the frame, which is exactly why we measure in person and discuss the fit that suits the window.
Design notes
Blackout fabric does not need to look heavy. Modern blackout rollers keep the same clean profile as a standard roller, in a wide fabric range.
Motorization
Pairs well with motorization for a scheduled wake-up: the blind rises with your morning alarm.
Care
Regular light dusting keeps the fabric fresh. Follow the care guidance we leave after installation before using anything damp on a specific fabric.

Common questions
Will a blackout blind make the room completely dark?
It blocks light through the fabric itself. Small amounts of light can travel around edges depending on the mounting style; we walk through the fitting options at the consultation so you know what to expect.
Are blackout blinds only for bedrooms?
Bedrooms are the most common use, but media rooms, nurseries and home offices with projector screens are close behind.
